This is a blog describing a 6 month treatment plan for Autoimmune Hypothyroid. 85% of people with hypothyroidism actually have an autoimmune disorder- not just a gland disorder. Most never find out by a blood test if they've got the autoimmune component because it doesn't change their "medical treatment" of a thyroid pill. But what if it DOES matter?
